Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to greet and assist customers, promote products, and upsell to meet sales targets. You will help with stock arrivals, organize shelves, keep the store clean and visually appealing, and stand for long periods while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Act as replacement cashier when needed.
