Job summary

eco-shop in Klang, Selangor, is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, promote products, restock shelves, and maintain store presentation. You will help with stock arrivals, unloads, and assist as cashier when needed.

The role requires a positive attitude, good communication, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.

• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Teluk Pulai, Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock as needed.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neat.
