Job summary

LittleLives (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an outbound sales specialist to clear a backlog and book qualified product presentations for the sales team in Malaysia and Indonesia. You will perform high-volume outreach, gauge fit, and hand off qualified meetings with context to executives.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. The role supports the launch push and may extend based on ongoing demand.

• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context

We're launching into new segments (enrichment, tuition, after-school, K12) and have a backlog of prospects that need to be worked through. We're looking for someone to run outbound calls, clear this backlog, and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team — so our sales executives can stay focused on running presentations and closing, rather than on initial outreach. This is a focused engagement tied to this launch push, with room to extend depending on ongoing need.

What You Will Be Doing

Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads

Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit

Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM

Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates

Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context

What We Are Looking For
