LittleLives (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Telesales Executive (Malaysian speaker, open for grads) for a 3-month fixed-term project with potential to extend.

The role focuses on outbound outreach to backlog and new leads in Malaysia and Indonesia, scheduling qualified product presentations for the sales team. You will maintain CRM call logs, follow up with non-responsive contacts, and hand off qualified appointments with context to the sales exec.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
