Job summary

LittleLives is seeking a Sales Support Executive for a 3-month contract in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will run outbound calls to a backlog of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia, qualify interest, and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team to keep presentations and closures focused.

Ideal candidates have telemarketing or B2B cold-calling experience, are comfortable with high call volumes, and can use a CRM to track activity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Basic CRM familiarity (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
