IMIKA EMPIRE SDN BHD is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our Johor store full-time. You will greet customers, help them find products, and process transactions using our POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and a smooth checkout.

You will maintain attractive displays, restock shelves, and keep the shop tidy while delivering welcoming service. Previous retail experience is helpful; training will be provided to the right candidate, including weekends if required.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression
• Assisting customers in finding products and providing product information, recommendations and advice to meet their needs
• Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments with care
• Maintaining the shop floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays and ensuring products are well-presented and clearly labelled
• Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised throughout the day, paying attention to health and safety standards
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction
• Supporting stock management activities, including receiving deliveries and conducting inventory checks
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment
