IMIKA EMPIRE SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Johor retail team, delivering friendly customer service and helping shoppers find what they need in a welcoming, well-presented store environment. This full-time role is central to our retail operations and customer experience.

You will greet customers, assist with product information, process sales with accuracy, restock shelves, maintain shop cleanliness, handle inquiries, support stock checks, and work with the team

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression
• Assisting customers in finding products and providing product information, recommendations and advice to meet their needs
• Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments with care
• Maintaining the shop floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays and ensuring products are well-presented and clearly labelled
• Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised throughout the day, paying attention to health and safety standards
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction
• Supporting stock management activities, including receiving deliveries and conducting inventory checks
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment
