Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is looking for a customer-focused sales assistant to greet customers, promote products, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will handle stock arrivals, maintain clean shelves, and assist in displays and promotions.

When needed, you may step in as a cashier while contributing to a positive, energetic store environment. The role requires good communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Taman TTDI Grove, Kajang, Selangor.
