Job summary

Yellowbee Clean is seeking a results-driven sales coordinator in Penang. You will convert enquiries from WhatsApp, calls and quotes into booked jobs and assist with quotations.

Travel to customer sites across Penang Island and Seberang Perai will be required, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and some flexibility for site visits. You'll gain practical training, join a friendly team, and receive uniform and equipment.

Qualifications

• Car licence is prioritized.
• Malay reading/writing and basic English required.
• Confident talking to customers on the phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Organised with proactive follow-ups and action on leads.
• Basic computer/smartphone skills for quotes and records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone and the website.
• Understand customer needs, propose services and prepare clear quotations.
• Join site visits to commercial/larger jobs to note scope and take measurements.
• Follow up customers until booking is confirmed or they decide not to proceed.
• Coordinate with operations to match scheduled jobs with agreed scope.
• Maintain neat records of leads, quotes and follow-ups.
• Relay customer requests to improve offerings.

Job description

Help turn enquiries into booked jobs. You'll follow up leads from WhatsApp, calls and quote requests, prepare quotations, join site visits for commercial and larger jobs, and keep the sales pipeline moving for Yellowbee across Penang.

Location: Balik Pulau, Penang (with travel to customer sites across Penang Island and Seberang Perai)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, roughly 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility around customer site visits.

Pay: RM1,700–RM2,100 a month

What you'll do

• Respond to and follow up incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone and the website
• Understand what the customer needs, suggest the right service and prepare a clear quotation
• Join site visits to commercial and larger jobs to note the scope and take measurements
• Follow up customers until the booking is confirmed or the customer decides not to go ahead
• Work with the operations team so scheduled jobs match the scope agreed with the customer
• Keep neat, accurate records of leads, quotes and follow-ups
• Pass on what customers are asking for so we can improve what we offer

What we're looking for

• A car licence is prioritised, for travelling to customer sites across Penang Island and Seberang Perai
• SPM / O-Level or above; comfortable reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Confident talking to customers on the phone, on WhatsApp and in person
• Organised with follow-ups — you don't let a lead go quiet with no action
• Basic computer / smartphone skills for quotes and records
