Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive on-ground property sales through direct customer engagement, lead conversion, and support for marketing campaigns. The role includes organizing property launches, maintaining CRM records, and providing market feedback to managers, with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies for property launches.
• Engage with potential buyers and investors to convert sales.
• Support marketing strategies, including sales planning, advertisements and promotions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Assist in planning and executing sales gallery events and roadshows.
