Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship exposure or 1–3 years in sales/marketing encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies for property launches.
• Engage with potential buyers and investors to convert sales.
• Support marketing strategies, including sales planning, advertisements and promotions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Assist in planning and executing sales gallery events and roadshows.
