Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Advisor II, Sales (Traditional Mandarin + Cantonese Speaker) to interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet for selling products and services. This role processes orders, conveys information, and provides basic customer service support.

Key duties include meeting sales targets, using probing techniques to identify needs, and maintaining broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Six months of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn product and pricing knowledge.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each call.
• Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Listen attentively and demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes and accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by discussing account components.
