Job summary

Arvion Services in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to handle walk-in customers and inquiries across channels. You will understand customer needs, advise on vehicles and financing, and drive test drives and conversions.

You will collaborate with financing, operations, and customer service teams, maintain CRM accuracy, and contribute to meeting monthly targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Fresh Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Able to work toward and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain features, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversions.
• Handle objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, and digital enquiries.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling.
• Proactive and comfortable with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, email, and Microsoft Office.
