Job summary

Excellent Mobile Technologies SDN. BHD. – Ipoh, Perak is seeking a Sales Advisor to engage customers, understand their needs and recommend products while delivering outstanding service. You will help the branch achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires a friendly, proactive communicator with a willingness to work in a retail environment, including live sessions on online platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in retail or sales is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and support daily store operations.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure products are well displayed and organized.
• Work with the retail sales team in planning and conducting live selling sessions on online platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor live session performance and drive improvements in delivery and conversion rates.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and customer engagement during live streams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of stock management and stock movement records.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policy and procedures.
