Job summary

Excellent Mobile Technologies SDN. BHD. in Ipoh invites applications for a Sales Advisor position.

You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to drive sales while delivering excellent service. You will also support live selling sessions on platforms like TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, monitor performance, and maintain stock accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment at our Ipoh store.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in retail or sales is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Achieve sales targets and support daily store operations
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure products are well displayed and organized
• Work with the retail sales team in planning and conducting live selling sessions on online platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram)
• Monitor live session performance and drive improvements in delivery and conversion rates
• Ensure consistent brand representation and customer engagement during live streams
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of stock management and stock movement records
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policy and procedures
