Job summary

Responsibilities

Store Associate / Store Sales Representative/Admin

This is a Store Associate position responsible for daily store operations, order processing, and fulfillment. You will handle customer reception, product introduction, and sales assistance while maintaining showroom displays and overall cleanliness. You will assist the Store Manager with equipment checks, expense payments, customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp, and monthly inventory counts. You will also process e-commerce orders daily, complete customer data entry, payment confirmation, invoice printing, and shipping arrangements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing team on in-store events and assist with sample shipping and returns.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily store reception, product introduction, and sales assistance

Maintain showroom display, product presentation, and overall cleanliness

Assist the Store Manager in checking equipment (CCTV, power, water supply) and report abnormalities for repair

Follow up on office fixed expense payments and process customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp

Assist with monthly inventory counts and document reconciliation

Check new e-commerce platform orders daily and complete customer data entry, payment confirmation, invoice printing, and shipping arrangements per SOP

Coordinate with the Store Manager on order picking, packing, and inventory record updates

Collaborate with the Marketing team on in-store events and KOC collaborations

Assist with sample shipping and returns for KOC collaborations

Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Manager or requested by HQ

About you

Fluent in Malay and English; fluent in Chinese for communication with HQ and internal teams

Minimum 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service (showroom/store experience preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Outgoing with strong communication skills

Detail-oriented and responsible

Willing to learn product knowledge

Open-minded and adaptable

Possess a valid Malaysian driving license; own vehicle preferred

Able to work flexible shifts (retail operating hours), weekends, and public holidays, with no more than 45 hours per week
