Job summary

Super Ceramic Tiles & Design – Damansara, Selangor is seeking candidates for a permanent full-time sales role. The position involves attending to walk-in customers, promoting a wide range of products, and handling quotations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires good communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and candidates with sales experience are preferred. Working days are six per week, including Sundays and public holidays, with multiple work locations across

Qualifications

• SPM / Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Able to converse well in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attending to WALK-IN Customer.
• Promoting / upselling our wide range of products and services.
• To prepare or follow up quotation and enquiry.
• Develop a good knowledge of the store’s products to provide appropriate recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and provide after sales service.
• Maintain and establish good working relationship with customer.
• Carry out sales activities, monitor showroom condition and display maintain.
• Any other related duties assigned by Management as when required.
