Yieldson Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Advisor to work with the Sales Manager to grow new business and advise clients on property opportunities. You will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and receive coaching to develop your skills in the property industry.

Role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and guiding buyers through the sales process with ongoing follow-up and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above.
• No property experience required—training will be provided.
• Sales, property, customer service, banking, insurance, automotive, or related experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, positive, and willing to communicate with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and suitable property advice based on clients' requirements.
• Explain property projects, features, benefits, pricing, and available opportunities.
• Answer clients' enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through company-provided channels, networking, referrals, events, and other suitable methods.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and consultations.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
