Job summary

Yieldson Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking a property advisor in Selangor/Malaysia to understand client needs and provide professional property advice. You will explain projects, pricing, and opportunities, answer inquiries, and build long-term relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.

Role includes lead generation through various channels, presentations, viewings, and negotiations to support clients through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM educational level or higher.
• Training provided; no prior property experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

About you

• Minimum SPM and above
• No property experience required — training will be provided
• Sales, property, customer service, banking, insurance, automotive, or related experience is an advantage
