Job summary

Super Ceramic Tiles & Design is seeking a Sales Associate in Malaysia to attend to WALK-IN customers, promote and upsell our tile range and services, and prepare quotations and enquiries.

You will develop strong knowledge of products to provide tailored recommendations, coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent customer relationships across Jalan Ipoh, Semenyih, Seremban, Sungai Petani, and Johor Bahru showrooms.

Qualifications

• SPM or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Promote and upsell our wide range of products and services.
• Prepare or follow up quotations and enquiries.
• Develop product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.

Responsibility

• Attending to WALK-IN Customer.

• Promoting / upselling our wide range of products and services.

• To prepare or follow up quotation and enquiry.

• Develop a good knowledge of the store’s products to provide appropriate recommendations based on customers’ needs.

• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and provide after sales service

• Maintain and establish good working relationship with customer.

• Carry out sales activities, monitor showroom condition and display maintain.

• Any other related duties assigned by Management as when required.
