Job summary

OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Well-being Advisor (Retail Sales) to be the face of our brand at AEON Cheras Selatan. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote wellness products, and assist customers in selecting the best solutions in a full-time, store-based role.

Requirements include a minimum SPM, willingness to learn, and strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome with training provided, and you will earn a base salary plus

• Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

About the role

As a Well-being Advisor (Retail Sales) at OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of wellness products in our retail store located in AEON Cheras Selatan. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the benefits of our innovative solutions and assisting them in making the best purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 + Commission + Incentives: Up to RM5,000/month
