Job summary

OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Well-being Advisor (Retail Sales) for its AEON Tmn Maluri, Cheras store. You will deliver exceptional customer service and promote our wellness products in a full-time role, acting as the face of our brand in-store.

The role focuses on helping customers find the best wellness solutions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates who are willing to learn and with strong passion to develop their career in sales are also welcome.

About the role

As a Well-being Advisor (Retail Sales) at OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of wellness products in our retail store located in AEON Tmn Maluri, Cheras. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the benefits of our innovative solutions and assisting them in making the best purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Ability to speak local dialects is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 + Commission + Incentives: Up to RM5,000/month
