Job summary

SIN MA AIR-CON & ELECTRICAL SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to manage supplier communications, process orders, and monitor stock and logistics. The role involves negotiating quotes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

You will work closely with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to support efficient procurement. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of purchasing experience, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with

• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with the AutoCount system will be an added advantage.
