Fujita Automotive is seeking a capable Logistics and Sales Administration professional to handle orders, invoices and delivery documentation in Malaysia. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Accounts to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

Handle and resolve issues related to sales orders, invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and customer requirements.
Check customer payment status and coordinate with the Accounts team before releasing orders or deliveries.
Coordinate delivery schedules with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Prepare and verify Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, invoices, and other delivery documents.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure products are available for delivery.
Monitor order and delivery status and provide timely updates to the Sales team.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, stock availability, and customer requirements.
Liaise closely with the Sales Team to coordinate order arrangements and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure goods are properly prepared, packed, and dispatched according to schedule.
Monitor and update delivery status until the order is successfully completed.
Handle customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and product availability.
Ensure all sales and delivery documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
Prepare regular updates and reports on order, stock, and delivery status.
Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by Management.

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
Good understanding of invoices, DO, packing lists, stock, and delivery processes.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to liaise effectively with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, and customers.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
