Job summary

Prestige Cartrade Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Administration Head to lead the Sales Admin team and oversee daily vehicle sales transactions. You will ensure accuracy of bookings, payments, and documentation across the DMS, and coordinate with accounts for settlements and transfers.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in Sales Admin, and familiarity with automotive financing processes. Based in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, you will drive process improvements and uphold company

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Sales Admin experience.
• Experience leading or supervising an Admin team.
• Automotive or used-car industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle loan, JPJ, PUSPAKOM and ownership transfer is an advantage.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience with AutoCount is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and monitor the Sales Admin team.
• Check all bookings, VSO and customer payment records.
• Ensure all booking and payment information is updated in the company DMS.
• Monitor loan applications, insurance, PUSPAKOM, thumbprint and ownership transfer.
• Follow up with the Sales Team on missing documents and pending cases.
• Ensure all payments and documents are completed before vehicle handover.
• Monitor seller bank settlement and balance payment.
• Check receipts, invoices and payment records.
• Manage and record company petty cash.
• Prepare petty cash reports with complete supporting documents.
• Liaise with the Accounts Department on payment and account matters.
• Prepare daily sales progress and pending-case reports.
• Ensure all departments follow the company SOP and timeline.
• Report urgent issues or delayed cases to Management.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS

• Able to manage petty cash, receipts, invoices and payment records
• Careful, organised, responsible and good at follow-up
• Able to communicate firmly with the Sales Team
• Able to identify problems and follow up until completion
• Basic English, Bahasa Malaysia , Speaking Mandarin are advantage and computer knowledge
