Job summary

COR CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD. is seeking a remote Sales Administration professional to manage client follow-ups, quotations, and onboarding processes. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams and assist in preparing sales materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, English writing skills, and familiarity with CRM processes, with previous sales admin experience in professional services or B2B environments being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with client queries via email, calls, or messages and redirect to appropriate teams.

• Maintain and update sales leads and related information.
• Follow up with leads on documentation or next steps.
• Coordinate with accounts, compliance, and secretarial teams for onboarding.
• Assist in compiling sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Schedule calls/meetings and document outcomes.
• Assist in preparing pitch materials or presentations.

This role isRemote/ work from homebasis

Follow up with client queries (via email/ calls/ messages) and direct them to theappropriate teammembers when necessary

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements to prospects (whichever relevant)

Maintain and update salesleadstrackingor related information.

Follow up with leads and prospects on outstanding documentation or next steps

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounts, compliance, secretarial) to ensuretimelyclient onboarding

Assistin compile andmaintainsales performance reports and dashboards if needed

Schedule calls and meetings with prospect and document meeting outcomes

Assistin the preparation of pitch materials or presentations

Requirement:

Owned working laptops and it should not be slow in opening applications or lag in typing.MinimumWindows 10, and recommendto have8GB RAM, SSD) and decent Internet connection speed (speed test minimum 20mbps).
