Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency in English is essential, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, presentations and reports.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate sales appointments, meetings and follow-ups.
• Support sales targets and monitor progress with management.
