Job summary

Plant & Mill Motion Control Sdn Bhd is seeking an administrative support personnel to assist the sales team and manage daily clerical tasks in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will handle calls, emails, quotations, and order deliveries, using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with bookkeeping and filing experience considered an advantage. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with calls and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to sales team independently.
• Facilitate delivery orders and record information.
• Support sales using SQL System.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain filing system.
• Prepare and send quotations and follow up with customers.
• Occasionally collect and deliver goods to customers or factory zone.
• Work with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
