Job summary

Midea Scott & English Electronics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to support daily order processing and customer inquiries in Kuala Lumpur.

Youll review and approve Midea App orders, provide guidance to users, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues, while supporting campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or data-related role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Midea App orders on a daily basis.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on the usage of the Midea App, including phone assistance when required.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to Midea App performance, activities, and operational status.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on issues related to Midea App.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve system or operational issues related to Midea App.
• Support Midea App campaigns, promotions, and user engagement activities.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
