ORIENTAL FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to verify and process transporter, transit, driver and assistant driver claims, and to review travelling and sales commission claims from Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.

The role includes reconciling accounts for key customers, validating product sampling claims, generating daily pending order and sales reports, and coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and sales activities.

Qualifications

• SPM with a few years in FMCG or fresh graduates with a degree/diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Verify and process transporter, transit, driver, and assistant driver claims.
• Review and validate travelling claims and sales commission claims by Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.
• Perform account reconciliation for key account customers.
• Review and verify product sampling claims before final submission.
• Prepare and generate daily pending order and sales reports.
• Set up and maintain trade offers in the MForce system.
• Prepare and submit consolidated e-Invoices in compliance with company requirements.
• Review and verify SST reports (LBI).
• Source and coordinate with new transporters when required.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support daily operations and sales activities.

Set up and maintain trade offers in the MForce system.

Prepare and submit consolidated e-Invoices in compliance with company requirements.

Review and verify SST reports (LBI).

Source and coordinate with new transporters when required.

Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth daily operations and support sales activities.

Job Requirements:

SPM with few years experiences in FMCG industries or Fresh graduate with Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

PC literate, good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (added advantage).
