ICONIX Property & Asset Management is seeking a Sales Admin/Customer Service consultant stationed across Cheras KL and nearby areas. You will engage with tenants, landlords, and prospects, manage reservations, and coordinate property viewings for working professionals from major employers.

Training is provided and incentives are a key part of the compensation. Role offers full-time stability with a six-day work week, EPF/Socso/EIS/insurance, annual and medical leaves, and ongoing training to

• Coordinate on-site property viewings and move-ins, update files and records.

Sales Consultant/Booking Admin/Client Relationship - Permanent Career + INCENTIVES RM1,000-RM5,500 Extra Monthly Performance INCENTIVE. Work Days: 6 days (Mon-Sat), 1 off day (Sunday)

Work Location: CHERAS KL, Taman Connaught Office (PRIORITY) / KLANG Bkt Tinggi / DAMANSARA PJ / KL - 12x Positions Available. Average Income: RM2.5k-7k/mnth

Division: Property, RENTAL

The Booking Consultant/Customer Service will be stationed in a few properties (1-2 properties office) to introduce prospects clients/tenants/landlords to our properties and handle any viewings of property to potential clients. Our tenants are mainly working professionals from MNCs such as Google, Accenture, Banks, Hospitals and Education sector. Works closely with Marketing. Our landlords are mostly property Investors.

Job Requirement

• To handle & follow up on all calls/inquiries for Room/Unit Reservation. Provide accurate information about product. Telesales Experience an Advantage
• Handle on-site Viewing & Move In of Property. Updating files and records
• Able to start work Immediately/as soon as possible
• Experience in any Sales/Customer Service fields added advantage (Customer Service/Insurance/Electrical etc. Training Provided)
