Job summary

The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent clerical and administrative assistant to perform general duties, handle data entry, and maintain accurate records to support daily operations. You will manage filing and documents, assist with finance-related tasks, and demonstrate a positive, multi-tasking work attitude.

Note: candidates must undertake one month of training in Kuala Lumpur; hostel accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Preferably candidates with experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or related field
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work responsibly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records and updates
• Assist in daily finance and administrative operations
• Manage accounting and administrative documents, including proper filing and organisation
• Support financial and administrative ad-hoc tasks as required

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
