Cornerstone Xstate in Kuala Lumpur is offering a Sales & Marketing Intern position based at Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara. You will gain hands-on experience in promoting properties, managing social media campaigns, and supporting the sales team.

Ideal for motivated students with interest in show galleries, English/Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin proficiency, and basic AI knowledge; the role includes learning, mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in properties, including visiting show galleries and viewing properties.
• Ability to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-ground sales and marketing activities and coordinate promotional events.
• Support client database management and analysis to track KPIs.
• Contribute to social media campaigns and content creation under supervision.

Based in Bandar Sri Damansara, we are currently seeking highly motivated and talented SALES & MARKETING INTERNS to do their internship with us.

TWO (2) positions are available IMMEDIATELY - one assisting our Project team, and the other assisting our Sub-Sales team.

* Work location : Based at Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

* Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

* Must have : Own transport (car preferred)

* Must have : a Smartphone capable of taking clear photos and videos

This is an exciting opportunity for the individual who is passionate about sales & marketing, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our teams and learn what it takes to support various sales & marketing initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US :

• Social media advertising : How to promote our properties on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu 小红书 (XHS) and YouTube to reach and engage with a targeted audience
• Client database management and analysis : How to manage client information and apply analytical techniques to track key performance indicators to help our teams make data‑driven decisions
• On-ground sales and marketing activities : Assist our team in the planning and coordination of promotional activities; including logistics, materials preparation, and on‑site simple photo and video taking.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE :
