ARENA BORNEO SDN BHD is seeking a motivated In-House Property Consultant in Sabah to handle enquiries, present projects, and drive sales targets. You will engage with walk-ins, calls, and online leads, while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include site visits, presentations, preparing quotations, and coordinating with purchasers, solicitors, and banks. A diploma or degree and strong communication skills are essential; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in property sales, real estate, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Customer-focused, target-driven and able to work independently or in a team.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-House Property Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, presenting available projects, following up with prospective buyers, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads

Understand customers' property needs, preferences, and budget

Provide information on property projects, units, pricing, promotions, and payment plans

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours

Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships

Prepare quotations, booking forms, and relevant sales documentation

Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and internal departments throughout the sales process

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Keep up to date with property market trends, project information, and promotional campaigns

Participate in porperty launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales activities.

About you

Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any relevant field

Previous experience in property sales, real estate, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required

Basic computer and social media skills

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage
