Job summary

Uni Fresh Bakeries (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is expanding and seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support the growing team. The role focuses on processing sales orders, coordinating with warehouses for timely deliveries, and tracking order status to keep customers updated.

You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, handle complaints, and maintain organized sales records. The position involves stock-taking, updating customer databases with sales history, and preparing regular sales

Responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders accurately into the system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track order status and inform customers of delays or changes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for existing clients regarding inquiries, pricing and product availability.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate to the sales manager when necessary.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and organized.
• Assist in stock-taking activities and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate details and sales history.
• Prepare daily or weekly sales report.
• Ensure smooth communication regarding credit checks, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
