Uni Fresh Bakeries (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is a bakery manufacturing company serving customers across Sarawak with a focus on high-quality bread and bun products. An Account Executive will manage full accounting operations, prepare vouchers and entries, and liaise with auditors and authorities as the team grows.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if applicable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities when required.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
