Job summary

Jump Retail Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring for a Sales Promoter/ Retail Sales Associate to engage customers in our electronics outlets and help them explore smartphones and gadgets.

You will assist walk-in customers, tailor recommendations, explain features, promotions and installment plans, and strive to meet monthly sales targets.

No prior experience required though retail experience is a plus; training is provided and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Friendly and confident when talking to customers.
• Willing to learn about gadgets and technology products.
• Responsible and committed to work.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers.
• Recommend smartphones, accessories & electronic products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, promotions & installment plans.
• Help customers with purchasing decisions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure outlet display, pricing & cleanliness are well maintained.
