Job summary

Second Talent is seeking ambitious Sales Executives for our Kuala Lumpur team to drive new client acquisition and strengthen account management. If you enjoy business development, relationship building, and closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and are comfortable with CRM, MS Office, and social media tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up and customer satisfaction.

• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
