Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment professional to advise management on SHE matters and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role includes risk assessments, inspections, and audits, plus investigations of incidents and corrective actions. The incumbent will plan safety training, coordinate meetings as the SH Committee secretary, and manage health programs and waste compliance. A minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience is required, with SPM or equivalent and OSH-C/SHO

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years manufacturing experience.
• SPM or equivalent qualification required.
• OSH-C certification or SHO papers required.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) matters.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments (HIRARC), workplace inspections, and safety audits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan and implement safety training, awareness programs, and annual fire drills.
• Act as Secretary of the Safety & Health Committee and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare monthly and annual SHE reports and statutory submissions.
• Manage occupational health programs, including audiometric testing.
• Coordinate machinery inspections and certification renewals.
• Oversee scheduled waste management and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external service providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
