Job summary

Bubbles O2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to ensure compliance with OSH regulations and company safety policies and to manage environmental and health standards across the workplace.

The role involves conducting safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSH regulatory requirements (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and similar bodies).
• Ability to maintain HSE records, permits and documentation.
• Experience updating HSE procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSH regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections and safety audits.
• Monitor hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
• Prepare accident investigation reports and follow up on actions.
• Monitor effectiveness of safety controls and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and policies.
• Monitor waste management and environmental practices.
• Conduct HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control).
• Conduct safety inductions for employees, contractors and visitors.
