Job summary

WW Pragmatic Solutions is seeking a Senior - Lead QA Engineer to steer test strategy, automation, and performance testing for our SaaS and white-label web products. You will collaborate with Agile teams to ensure release stability and process improvements.

You will design test plans, build automated frameworks using Selenium/Cypress, run load tests with JMeter, and validate APIs and databases. Mentorship of juniors is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on with Postman, Selenium or Cypress, and JMeter.
• Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB (data validation via SQL).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Python scripting, SaaS platform testing, or prior mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Design test plans for SaaS and white-label web products.
• Automation & Performance: Build automated test frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and run load/stress tests (JMeter).
• API & Data QA: Test RESTful APIs using Postman and validate database records using SQL.
• Agile Collaboration: Join sprint planning, track bugs, and ensure smooth releases with Dev, Product, and Design teams.
• Mentorship & Quality: Improve QA processes and guide junior engineers.
