Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Renewal Account Manager to own end-to-end renewal and expansion for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers.

You will lead commercial negotiations, protect ARR, and uncover growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell conversations. This is a performance-driven role in a SaaS ecosystem with regional travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in renewals or customer success within a SaaS/software company.
• Experience owning renewal and expansion across mid-market to enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal and expansion across your assigned customer portfolio.
• Lead pricing, contract, proposal, and renewal discussions with customers and partners to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
• Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to increase ARR.
• Proactively identify churn risks, mitigate and mobilize internal teams to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal to execute renewals efficiently.
