Job summary

Veeam, a data and AI trust company, seeks a Customer Success Renewal Representative, Enterprise, to own end-to-end renewals for enterprise accounts in Malaysia. You will lead proactive renewal motions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive expansions while reducing churn.

Responsibilities include forecasting, data analysis, and negotiating renewal offers. You will work with Sales, CS, Deal Desk, Legal, and partners to close renewals and upsell premium offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding renewal quotas.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Experience using Salesforce.com for opportunity management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal cycle for Enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, CS, and Sales engineering to prevent churn.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate renewal terms with customers and partners.
• Forecast and analyze renewal data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate across departments to expand footprint and upsell licenses.
