Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Russian-speaking prospective students, parents, and clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and in person.
• Explain academy programmes, admission steps, and visa information to prospective clients.
• Guide applicants through enquiry, application, and enrolment processes.
• Coordinate between Russian-speaking clients and admissions, marketing, and admin teams.
• Translate marketing and enrolment content between Russian and English when needed.
• Build relationships with education agents and partners in Russian-speaking markets.
• Follow up with leads and assist from enquiry to enrolment.
• Support arrival, registration, orientation, and transition for students.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with departments for timely resolution.
• Assist marketing and recruitment teams with campaigns, webinars, fairs, and agent meetings.

Job description

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Consultant to support the Academy's engagement with Russian-speaking students, parents, and education partners. The role will focus on client communication, student recruitment, enrolment support, and relationship development across Russian-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with Russian-speaking prospective students, parents, and clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings.

Introduce and explain the Academy's programmes, admission process, and relevant student visa information to prospective clients.

Guide prospective students and families through the enquiry, application, and enrolment process.

Act as a communication link between Russian-speaking clients and the Academy's admissions, marketing, academic, and administrative teams.

Translate and adapt relevant marketing content, enrolment information, and client communications between Russian and English when required.

Establish and maintain relationships with education agents and recruitment partners in Russian, Kazakhstan, and other Russian-speaking markets.

Follow up with leads and provide ongoing assistance to prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Support students and families during their arrival, registration, orientation, and initial transition into the Academy.

Respond to client concerns and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.

Assist the marketing and recruitment teams with campaigns, webinars, education fairs, agent meetings, and other activities targeting Russian-speaking audiences.

About you

Native or fluent proficiency in Russian, both spoken and written, with strong working proficiency in English.

Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, sales, customer service, business development, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.

Familiarity with Russian-speaking markets and their education or recruitment landscape is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and business partners.

Good organisational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail when managing enquiries and documentation.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, and other digital communication platforms.

Able to work independently while managing multiple leads and enquiries simultaneously.

Experience working with international students, education agents, or overseas recruitment will be an added advantage.

Willing to participate in education fairs, webinars, agent meetings, and recruitment activities when required.
