Job summary

Singtel KL is launching a new Shared Services Centre and seeks a Finance Executive - RTR to assist Finance Managers in delivering accurate monthly close. You will handle journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting, while supporting dealer/retail finance and project accounting functions.

The role emphasizes IFRS15 knowledge, ERP proficiency, and process improvement in a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline or a professional accounting qualification.
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial accounting in a corporate or SSC environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS15, revenue, equipment and project accounting.
Solid close, GL and reconciliation experience; proficient Excel and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Support an accurate and timely monthly financial close according to the calendar.
Prepare and post journals, ensuring completeness prior to ERP submission.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports and monitor variances.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and investigate aged items.
Support dealer and retail finance operations and reconciliations.
Manage customer projects ledger and related forecasts and reporting.
Identify opportunities to streamline RTR processes and drive automation.
