Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a brand-new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The Finance Executive - RTR role will assist Finance Managers and work together as a team to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial close, covering all Record-to-Report activities including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.

The incumbent will also support invoicing, vendor processing, and retail/ project accounting in IFRS15 contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline OR professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial accounting in large corporate/shared services.

Responsibilities

• Financial Close & General Ledger Management.
• Support an accurate and timely monthly financial close.
• Prepare and post journals; ensure accuracy prior to ERP submission.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update SOPs; assist audits with schedules.
• Assist in Dealer/Retail Finance operations and project accounting.
