Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a Shared Services Centre and seeks a Finance Reporting Executive to support monthly close, journal entries, and statutory reporting under IFRS. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, with progress toward ACCA/CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial accounting or reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); SAP ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reconciliation and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly close, including journal entries.
• Prepare financial and operational reports to support monitoring and decisions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and follow up open items.
• Support statutory reporting and audit processes with documentation.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for current practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and support system/workflow enhancements.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and statutory reporting for assigned entities.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
