Job summary

Vans is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive / Associate to join our Controllership team, focusing on Record to Report (RTR) operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting foundation who are passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in general accounting; fresh grads with strong academics welcomed.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support CH, TW & HK markets.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-starter with ownership of responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor General Ledger processes including reconciliations, lease accounting, month-end reporting, and inventory support.
Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Support finance-related communication in different markets (CH, TW & HK) where Mandarin is an advantage.
Prepare financial documents and correspondence in Mandarin when required.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and identify areas for improvement.
