Job summary

Adecco's Corporate Services Team is seeking an RTR Team Lead for a multinational logistics and supply chain client. The role focuses on overseeing general ledger activities, ensuring IFRS compliance, and delivering accurate financial reports across countries.

You will lead an accounting team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with regional/internal control teams to maintain high standards of service and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger activities following group accounting policies and controls.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and month-/year-end closings.
• Collaborate with Internal Control teams to address gaps and implement remedial actions.
• Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, manage performance and productivity.
• Maintain relationships with SSCs, country finance teams, and CFOs.
