Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. in Johor seeks a RSOC Monitoring Analyst to support 24/7 GSOC operations at our Data Centre. You will perform initial triage, classify events, and escalate incidents to Security, EHS, or Infrastructure teams while maintaining accurate logs and timelines.

A Diploma is required; knowledge of ACS, CCTV and IDS is preferred. Strong situational awareness and disciplined escalation are essential, and rotating shifts will apply to this 24/7 role.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder.
• Any relevant working experience will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Physical security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS) and Data center operations and critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to perform structured triage.
• Ability to follow escalation protocols with discipline and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial triage and classification of events (security, safety, infrastructure).
• Escalate incidents according to GSOC models to Security, EHS, IRC / Infrastructure Ops.
• Notify stakeholders and maintain incident timelines and logs.
• Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents.
• Adhere to GSOC SOPs and escalation thresholds.
• Support 24/7 operations with shift-based monitoring.

RSOC Monitoring Analyst (Data Centre, JOHOR)

Conduct initial triage and classification of events:

• Security events
• Safety (EHS) events
• Infrastructure-related incidents

Execute incident escalation in accordance with GSOC escalation models:

• Security Operations teams
• EHS response teams
• IRC / Infrastructure Operations

• Notify relevant stakeholders
• Maintain incident timelines
• Security system outages
• Access disruptions
• Facility-related operational issues
• Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and tracking records
• Adhere to GSOC standard operating procedures, escalation thresholds, and event classification models
• Support 24/7 operations, including shift-based monitoring coverage

Requirements
